1. About Fablable apps

Fablable ("we", "us") builds a family of creative Canva apps (each, an "App"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of any Fablable App inside Canva.

2. Using the Apps

By using a Fablable App, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Canva's own Terms of Use and Content License Agreement, which continue to apply alongside these Terms.

• Do not submit text or images that are unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise in violation of Canva's content policies.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse an App or its underlying services.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the generated output.

3. Generated content

Output is produced automatically based on your input and the options you choose. Where an App uses AI generation, results can vary and are not guaranteed to be identical between runs, even with the same input.

You are responsible for reviewing output before using it in your designs, including checking that it is appropriate for your intended use and does not unintentionally resemble a third party's protected trademark, logo, or copyrighted work. If you fill text with your own uploaded image, you are responsible for holding the necessary rights to that image.

4. Intellectual property

Each App — including its interface, style and preset libraries, and underlying technology — is owned by Fablable. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Canva's policies, you may use content generated through the Apps in your own Canva designs.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue styles, presets or features of any App at any time to improve quality, reliability, or compliance with platform requirements. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fablable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Apps.
