The app isn't generating an effect — what should I check?
- Make sure you've entered text before generating.
- Try selecting a different style, then generating again.
- Refresh the Canva page and reopen the app if generation seems stuck.
- If the issue continues, contact us with a screenshot and a description of what happened.
Can I request a new style?
Yes — we're always expanding the style library. Send us your idea through the email above and let us know the look or texture you'd like to see added.
